Updated SensorNode prefab separate its 3d model from instantiated prefab clones. Made the poofs and floating text into prefabs (resources) that are dynamically loaded by GetResources.cs as children of SensorNode.
adds .orig and .orig.meta to hgignore
untracks more project files. apparently a bunch of GUIDs changed in the spruce trees...
